I purchased this white tape and the black and stretched the tape slightly as I applied it to contour it to the paint job. I got exactly the effect I wanted. In normal light, you have to get really close and look for the tape edges to see it, but in bright light, the bike lights up. The white color is more reflective than the black. The bike has been outside in hot and cold temperature extremes and so far, no peeling or other signs of wear. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well, thanks *by T***C on Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2018* I have a brown bicycle, the brown reflective tape blends in pretty well during the day and glows a reddish-brown color when the light hits it. A sometimes helpful piece of information: you can use a spray cleaner or mix your own soapy water spray with dish soap. spray it on the part you are going to stick the tape to (or most any adhesive item) then apply the tape. the soap lets you slide around the tape to position it. and helps smooth it out without getting air bubbles in it or wubbles in it. When you got it where you want it, just let it dry and it will stay put.. If you don't use the soapy water and it gets all cattywampus, or you want to remove the tape (or old tape), boil up a tea kettle of water and pour it over the tape and it will peel right off. Be careful not to scald yourself. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not as good as 3M, but not as expensive *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2018* Not as good as the 3M tape I've bought, but it's also SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive! It reflects about 80% of the light the 3M tape does, which is still a lot, but it's so much harder to apply. It doesn't like to be reattached at all, as soon as you start to reposition the tape, it stretches out and bunches up. On a flat surface it's not a big deal, but when doing trim like I was, it's a lot harder to work with, because once it's stuck, it's stuck. With the 3M tape, you could pick it up and reposition it until it was right, and then press to make it stick permanently.
