The first time I purchased this item....it was perfect.  The second time, the bag wasn't sealed and the capsules were all over the shipping box and stuck to other items I purchased.  I sent them back for an exchange and yet again the same thing happened! I sent those back (for an exchange) and was emailed..."I personally made sure the bag was sealed" (and they were) BUT it was MIXED SIZES.  I wasn't able to use it at all......VERY DISAPPOINTED
