So far, I'm really impressed. I prefer to use the intermittent setting because it reminds me to do kegel exercises intermittently along with the vibrations. After using for a little over a week, I'm noticing a definite improvement in the issues I was dealing with. The remote control is a nice feature. The silicone is smooth and easy to clean.
