Definitely not semi blackout *by J***L on Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2022* These draperies are nice medium weight and hang nicely. They are 100% polyester and look like it, shiny, even though they have a bit of a linen texture to them. Not a separate lining, fabric is just thicker, print on front and solid white on back. There is no way they can be considered semi blackout but they are not see through which is what I wanted. I bought the floral green leaves. They do feel like they will snag easily and have that polyester feel.
