I even measured them flat and XXL have 46cm. Total length is 44cm. These shorts are a bit loose on my husband as normally he wears size 33 on jeans. On my eye, XXL are more likely like XL, so still bigger than we need. Husband said that he still will wear them because he can fasten the string around the waist.Shorts are good looking, well made with deeper side pockets and one zipper pocket on the back (phone easily fits in that pocket). I know that these are swimming shorts but to be fair, who knows... Husband still can use them as normal shorts around the house and garden ;)There is netting from the inside. Even pockets are made of net like fabric.
