Felt focused and clear after taking it in the morning with my coffee. I usually have brain fog in the morning which takes a double espresso and then a couple more coffees in the morning to clear - I am just not a morning person regardless of how many hours of sleep. I had one espresso + 1 capsule... and then mid-morning had a normal instant coffee more out of habit and felt awake, focused and relaxed.There do not appear to any side effects of Theanine however, I decide to stick with one capsule in the morning to kick start the day. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Feel no difference, however the smell is...weird *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 January 2021* I feel absolutely no difference, even by taking 600mg (3 tabs). I tried it in the morning and also before bed, in both case I has no effect. However I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, maybe it just doesn't work on me.
