Ghee has been a good thing for me *by T***A on May 12, 2018* Disappointed. Ghee has been a good thing for me. At 70 have become lactose intolerant. Tried other brands on Amazon. My favorite was "Eat Good Fat" NO lactose problems with that one. Used it on everything. Last time I ran out EGF was in between batches and not available for a few days so decided to try a modestly priced alternative (this one). Well, it's NOT lactose free and brought back all my worst IBSD poop problems. I gave it away to a neighbor that loves the stuff. It seems oily when apply to bread but the smells of butter makes the bread very tasty. I believe adding to steak might be another good way, which I am going to try next.
