These have helped but I could only wear them for 3 days before I decided they are just a little too high at the back for me when doing a 2 mile school run daily. Would be able to wear just shopping or out and about as quite comfy. The strange thing is the arch support in these are on the opposite side of the foot. It didn’t bother me as it was only a bit and actually felt comfortable as it stops your foot from rolling to the outer edge but if you need actual arch support for the inner of the feet then these wouldn’t help.
