I usually take a 2-4. I think this would be great for a 4-6 because I prefer more form fitting clothing. This is a really comfortable and sophisticated looking dress at a great price point. The "wrap" part just refers to the waist tie. The whole front part does not open and close. You can tie it in the front or in the back.The fabric is very soft and buttery! It's great for lounging, but looks great for going out or work. Some may find the cut a little low. This can be remedied with a cami underneath but I think it's fine without.
