We were looking for the extra layer when it's really cold out, but also for those wet not so cold days. This works perfectly. It's light weight and the material is very comfortable. I also like that it fits nicely and is not overly tight which makes it very comforting to wear. We all like it and everyone wears it differently which is also really awesome. The diversity of uses and ability to wear it in various ways combined with the light soft material makes for a very functional and easy to use item. Awesome.

I bought this to use for riding my quad in cold weather. It kept my head warm under my helmet but didn't keep my face warm. Maybe it wasn't meant for 25- 30 mph. In the cold I don't know.

Bought this for my son to use while skiing. Works great and really kept the chilly wind off of his neck and added warmth to his head. My only complaint is that when it first arrived, it had a really strong chemical smell to the fabric. After a few days, it aired out, but the smell was really noxious out of the packaging.

I wanted this to more fully cover my face in cold climates such as skiing in the east. It is thin and stretchy but not the standard shiny neoprene material. This I liked. It did not crimp on my nose or eyes, and shifting my ski goggles to its opening worked nicely. I had it on under my ski helmet with another regular neck warmer on and it was perfect. temps were in the teens and I felt fine. I get frost bite on my cheeks but this would prevent wind and cold getting on them so I am happy to have this item. The next time I used it was for an hour long night xc skin up the mountain. All i had on was this for a head cover. It wicked and did not get sweaty wet. I then washed it in delicate and hung dry. Seems to do the job!

Happy Holidays,I only usually write a review if I'm extremely happy with a product. Or like in this case extremely not happy. BUYER BEWARE you get what you pay for. My package arrived on time(that's why it got the 1 star) that's the only good thing. First off they sent 2 all right. However one was made of a rigid cotton material that's not meant to be worn by an adult. The other one has a funky smell to it( even after washed a few times) and is very shear .But doesn't hug your face good enough, especially if worn for prolonged periods of time.

I was expecting that both masks were made from the same materials. turns out that one is high quality spandex and the other is plain cotton. The cotton mask doesn't fit snuggly, it moves around. I ordered 2 sets and had the same issue on both packages.

I bought two of these, one for myself and one for my 3.5 year old son for our first time skiing. I had to tie his back a little, but they worked great and I'm glad he gets to grow into it these next few seasons. It's not to bulky and allows decent air flow so as not to over heat you while keeping you warm.

Kept me warm during blowing blizzard snow and also riding ATVs and snowmobiles. BUT it stretches and gets loose after a few wears.
