I love the Buteyko Method of breath Normalization. It has helped my health and wellbeing immeasurably. I have read thousands of pages on the history, approaches and lifestyle surrounding this method. Dr. Rakhimov, like so many of the other Buteyko expert practitioners, is sincerely vested in his reader's success. He is a solid practitioner/researcher and answers one's questions before they get asked. I found this book to be easy to read and to follow, as far as the device directions are concerned. But in addition to this, the book gave me an extra dose of inspiration on why I want to continue to advance my Buteyko breathing practice and its goals. Artour encouragingly coaches in every word written. He reiterates the benefits and possibilities with a sense of urgency that makes me feel excited to be supporting my health in this way. As a student of this worthwhile yet challenging endeavor, I welcome his enthusiastic support from the sidelines and I reach higher because of it.

It was helpful to have this book because when I received the device I ordered, it did not have an instruction booklet with it. Whatever was written on the package was in a foreign language and not English.
