In seven days of practicing the correct breathing with the device, three times a day, 20 minutes each, my chronic coughing of 20 some years was down to 20%! I was a bit unsure if that was coincidence or what as the result came so quickly and effectively. Then, accompanied with changing my sleeping position from my back to my left side as advised in the book, three weeks later, the coughing is now 5-10% left, pretty consistent. It's just incredible, unbelievable and awesome!!!The author also produced a whole series of educational Youtube films on the correct breathing which are so significantly helpful for many tough health issues. I will spend time to watch them very carefully. I know I will benefit tremendously from them. As the result, the life of my friends and relatives will be much better off because I will introduce them this DIY breathing device and all the `how-to' as shown on the films. I have watched Artour Rakhimov's videos on YouTube and decided that this book was worth purchasing. I assume that it was transcribed to print from audio recordings of Rakhimov's talks. The reason I say that is because sometimes the text reads like it was written by someone for whom English was not their primary language. In one instance the word "elimination" was used when I think he meant "illumination". I'm not knocking Mr. Rakhimov by saying that. The site says that the device helps greatly, and I found this to definitely be true, my progress increasing significantly once I began using the DIY device I made from cheap and easy to find parts.You can purchase ready-made devices, such as the Frolov device, but they are very expensive, around $100. I find it ludicrous to pay that much for something you can build yourself for a few dollars.
