With real human touch it creates a sense of retreat place for me. Very easy to assemble-actually just put two bamboo rods through the canvas and that is it. I did it in 2 minutes-including 1 minute reading instruction-- with my sprained hand. Whenever it is sunny, I sit on it reading a book and enjoying my afternoon coffee or tea-reminiscing life in Asia and a trip to Hoi An. Take half minute to fold it to indoor at night. It is very comfortable for me--I am a petite woman. Will order other products later. Suggestion to seller: 1. would appreciate if provide more bold color canvas replacement and matching bamboo/canvas foot stool . 2. I checked all products in your amazon store, most of them do not have dimensions marking on the pictures. 3. please pay more attention to customer review. I have tried contacting customer service and the Amazon number says they do not have customer support right now. I tried resolving through the app, but the button to submit isn’t working. I can’t even file a claim. Buyer be aware that if you do have any issues with this item it is unlikely you will be able to solve them.
