We thought we'd come back to that part of the project and moved on to other things we wanted to get done in our kitchen. We never got back to it and now our budget for projects is smaller. I bought these tiles and a smaller mosaic which I thought would match the actual tile in our kitchen. I've posted a photo comparing them to the actual tile. They do look very similar. The only real differences are that the smart tile is a little more shiny and the faux grout is not quite as deep as the actual grout linesIt took me about 3 hours to do the wall over our counter and sink. I was being very particular about the cuts (use scissors, literally nothing else works). It is not at all difficult to put up, but I do wish that there was a grid printed on the back of the backing paper ( similar to contact paper and some wrapping paper). This would allow for straighter cuts when you have to cut through a "tile". Only time will tell if it stays.I am really happy with it.Beware, it does not cover the surface area you would expect. Even when measuring, order extra.The seller sends this with signature required so have it shipped somewhere that you can sign for it. It's worth that inconvenience. I think it looks great and the price is phenomenal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks great- but has its challenges. Cleaning them can suck- use magic eraser. Measure everything three times. Don't use pencil. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 28, 2017* I'm between 3-4 star rating.Once you get the hang of it they're not too difficult to put up but at first it was a pain in the *#!I don't recommend cutting them with a razor.. it's very difficult to cut them in a straight line that way. I suggest getting one of this giant multi-piece paper cutters. The ones with a huge arm with a 2ft blade on them. Once we used that they were a lot easier to cut.Also.. they're very difficult to clean. They're a rubber material so stuff stains/sticks easily. We used a pencil to draw a straight line on our wall and when we smudged the line and touched the tile- we had wicked pencil smudges on the white tiles. We finally figured out the magic eraser took off the smudges but nothing else would clean these things!!If you're putting up trim between the tiles and the counter- practice predrilling holes on scraps of smart tiles. That was kind of tricky. Don't just try nailing it in because the nails don't pierce the rubber tile material easily.All said and done it looks really nice and it's WAY more affordable than actual tiles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do the job *by M***0 on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 9, 2015* they do the trick. Seem a little pricey for what they are - sticky plastic sheets, but much cheaper than tile and easy to apply.
