I highly recommend this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best for Pan Pizza *by R***E on 27 March 2024* I bought this to cook pizza in an Ooni oven. I had tried throwing dough directly on the stone with little success so I turned to par-cooking at 350 F. That gave a mediocre crust. I had made cast iron pan pizza with good success in a regular oven but it didn't work in the Ooni because the cast iron took too long to heat up. That let the top part burn while the crust was still limp. THIS PAN WORKED PERFECTLY IN THE OONI. Most pizza pans have a non-stick coating which will not tolerate the high temps of the Ooni. THIS PAN SHOWED NO DAMAGE AT 750 F.
