It has to be translated because there are tricks involved with this little machine too. You can figure them out experimentally, but a good manual would be a gift from Heaven. And, let's also consider whether-and-when a product created for a market in one country should be dinged for not providing instructions in the language of another. I see the capacity is 10 pages but wanted to see if it works well for less pages as well** A: Absolutely; we're a manufacturing plant, and cannot have staples on the Production floor. We tested these, and now have 14 of them in use throughout the facility, on bundles of 2-12 pages. They're well-constructed and easy-to-use (even though all instructions are in character-form, there are also easy-to-follow pics). **Q: If you overlap two pieces by just two inchs and then staple them together, how well does it hold when you try to slide the paper away from each other?** A: I would sat that any time you join paper with this stapler, it should be considered temporary. It does not hold nearly as well as a standard staple. I would use it to staple papers for filing, but not for documents that must be passed around or separated. It seems like it would work well for making paper crafts especially when each paper is joined more than once. Se siente resistente y que va a durar mucho tiempo. Trae una guía en un lado, por si se quiere sujetar la hoja de ambos lados, volteando las hojas. todas las instrucciones vienen en japones, pero por las ilustraciones, se entiende. No he tratado de sujetar 12 hojas. Pero creo que no debe de tener problemas en hacerlo. Recomiendo esta engrapadora sin grapas.
