I have used them up town on a couple of occasions, great for when it is hot, they are an alternative to saddles. It is like walking around barefoot but with a little protection. And great for when on holidays to protect your feet on hot sand or stones on the beach and walking or climbing over rocks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for crabbing and rock scrambling *by A***R on 29 August 2019* Really impressed with these shoes. A great selection of patterns and perfect for crabbing/ clambering over rocks on the beach which was the reason for purchase. I bought a pair for the whole family and we all found them great. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the sole came away after only a couple of days use. Obviously this is not the end of the world since you can just pop it back in but it would be better (in my opinion) if it stayed put.
