My only issue with it is that I don’t feel it’s the best choice if you have flat feet like I do. The arch support was just a little too strong and made the walking experience quite uncomfortable. I recently purchased a pair from a different brand that is specifically designed for people with a low arch and found them to be far more comfortable. So, if you don’t have a completely fallen arch, I think these would be very supportive and comfortable. If you do, I’d suggest powerstep insoles for low arch.
