Any help here as cant even print a test page?** A: Have you tried taking each of the cartridges out and cleaning the ink release and the chip parts? Sometimes they don't sit properly and don't click into place. if that is ok try refitting the old black cartridge to see if it works with the colours, albeit a bit low.
