this book uncovers a very deep spiritual knowledge with a clear language and good illustration. the 30 lessons involve in this book are really well demonstrate in a clear way that sometime uses modern devices such redio to explain certain phenomena in how our brain work.I do recommend this book for those seeking to understand spirituality, our true nature and the reality we live in.

I really never take the time to give a review but this book is life changing. Seriously Even to the point where I'm now sending it to friends....and I don't really ever do that either. It's the most comprehensive book on life I've read.

HAVING PUT INTO PRACTICE, methods mentioned in the book, I recommend it to those that want to improve their lives.Especially the section on the power of the mind.

I remember being given this guide by a sensitive when I was a teenager and though I always have been open minded, back then I focused my energies on the outward and not the inward so I took the path most traveled by, and that has made all the difference .. I look forward to this journey.

Other authors also gave me ideas but Tuesday Lobsang Rampa tells it like is. This is a good primerto spiritual development - but read also other titles by same author to achieve further enlightenment.Tuesday Lobsang Rampa is still there for you...

I first read this book in 1968. Purchasing it once more, 40 years later, I was struck how informative it is - and how readable! Of course, there are many other books available now covering the same ground, but this is as good an introduction to the subject as any, and it's cheap enough!Incidentally, those who ridicule the author because of his assumed name and thus demean his contribution to the genre, are rather missing the point: a major segment of the book concerns astral travel, so the accusation that the author never PHYSICALLY set foot in Tibet is totally irrelevent. Idiots!
