It is printed on plywood and delivered in a net bag. It comes with glue that can be used to mount it when finished should you want to hang it on a wall. It also comes with a full sized picture of the finished puzzle which makes a good guide. I like a jigsaw puzzle that is a challenge but I will not buy another of these. It is cut into very small pieces and all of the pieces have nearly the same shape. Most of the pieces are a single color and given their size it is hard to see any patterns in the image. There is lettering on the back of each piece and this is often the best guide to putting pieces together. I bought this to build with my 12yo son. We both find it to frustrating to spend more than about an hour at a time working on it.Now that I have finished the puzzle I can finish my review. I still find it frustrating that all of the pieces are the same size, but if you separate out the pieces by the letter on the back and work on each section separately it is less so. You can also orient all of the pieces in a section (make them upright) which makes it even easier, but I can get over the feeling that I'm cheating when I do this. I added a picture.
