I believe that Faber-Castell offered fine point blue ink refills the last time I reviewed them, but when I went through all the current Amazon refills, I did not see one. If I had to guess, I would say that most manufacturers offer a medium point refill as standard in the color listed in their specifications and do not usually offer exchanges. If it is of any comfort, I believe the Faber-Castell refills are one of the best on the market. They are long lived and the ink color is vivid. I think I saw a fine point black refill offered, but would surmise that you would have to order it and pay for it in addition to the pen. I'm sorry I can't be of more assistance.
