Standing with both feet on it is great for ankle strengthening and balance then do one leg balance and feel the challenge. I’ve also sat on it while working from home and it is so comfortable! I decided to buy a second one for me! I’m also excited to try using it/them for exercise in the future. They feel very sturdy and strong and likely to last a long time. I was concerned about buying a wiggle cushion for our kitchen chairs because other brands had reviews from people saying that they had removed their wood finish. I've used this same cushion in physical therapy and have found it to be of high quality. The pump did not function at all but luckily I had another pump from a different product and used that to inflate the cushion. So, taking one star off for the very poor quality pump. It looks cheap and didn't work right out of the box.
