However, this was my first order for 88 Acres from Amazon. I thought these were the same as my previous purchases and was surprised that they contain caffeine. That's probably not a huge deal, but if you're sensitive, you might need to make sure to avoid them late in the day. Only 6 g of protein, 200 calories, which seems high for a small bar. Also, there are 21g of carbs, 9 g. of sugar. While the ingredients are generally healthy, and there are no trans fats or cholesterol, it isn't overall a great snack relative to healthy choices. There are 3g of fiber. There are 110mg of sodium; that's 5% DV. The bars were fresh and moist.
