In general I’m very happy and use one or the other every day. The leather seems of good quality and it’s very handy being able to keep a card and a couple of notes or receipts in the pockets. However, there are two/three issues that let it down. The biggest one as far as I’m concerned is that it very very frequently switches my iPhone 8 to Silent and/or triggers the sleep/shut down button on the right hand side. I presume this to be because the phone moves slightly within the leather case and friction does the rest. It’s not at all rare for me to look at the screen and find that I’m only one step away from accidentally calling the emergency services. I’ve missed innumerable calls because the phone has been on silent without my realising and obviously finding the thing when it’s on silent is a trying exercise. The other issue is that occasionally one of the two clips that connect the case to the strap has come undone. I don’t know exactly how this happens but I think it’s usually when I have the strap over my shoulder but under a jacket. The strap has been held in place by the jacket and so I’ve never lost or dropped the thing as a result, but I don’t think this should happen. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars this item is poor quality - *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 August 2022* Although I was very excited to receive this product it literally fell apart within two weeks of its purchase. Nope.
