Perfect for home use, good for industrial use
I've used decibel meters for industrial safety purposes before. This would be acceptable for that type of use.I bought this to measure the loudness of my camping generator. It works great for that.

Great little product. Works great for my husband when he's working on stereo installs. Is small enough that it fits in his small tool box and doesnt take alot of space. So far has continued to show constant and accurate readings

Accurate and easy!
Bought this to make sure my husbands new exhaust system wasn’t too loud, as well as the pipes on his motorcycle. Loud pipes save lives... but too loud and you get a ticket! Works great. Gives consistent readings over and over again so I genuinely believe it’s accurate!
