I have been on the hunt for leggings with pockets on the legs with a high waist since i stumbled across a pair for a steal about 4 months ago. Could not find anymore like it that I considered affordable. Took a chance on these after reading a lot of the reviews and man did it pay off! The photos are not flattering but I was hoping that the angles would show you what you would most care about.1. They are thick enough to not be see thru even with a bright flash but they breathe so well. It is worth noting i have on bikini style underwear that is supposed to not show panty lines but I could definitely see where normal underwear might have panty lines so be aware of that. Also worth noting, NO CAMEL TOE!2. They DO have tummy hiding capacity! (Once again check out the very unflattering photos)3. I waffled on what size to buy because some of the more negative reviews were talking about size fluctuations or the leggings just being too tight. I finally decided to buy one pair of the style most noted to be more loose (the p32 style with the cross-stitching down the legs). I bought a large which is what I normally wear and after wearing them all day, including doing some squats and lungs to test them, I have only had to adjust the waist band twice and it was just barely off from where it should've been. (I work as a mail carrier so I am on my feet and moving a lot as well as getting in and out of a vehicle a lot so I feel like I tested them pretty well.) I am obviously a curvier woman standing at 5'7" and 210lbs with most of that being in my stomach, thighs, and hips.4. The leggings are still brand new so I can't speak to their longevity, but for $20 if they last me 3 months of regular use, I'll consider that well worth the money.Final verdict: absolutely the best purchase I have made in a long time. I ordered a small because I saw another review that mentioned bunching. I definitely don't have bunching, and it's totally possible that I COULD have gone with a medium (I am happy with a small though). The legs are right down to my ankles.EDIT: After wearing the leggings for a few days I noticed that they were sliding down from my waist. This is (a) because the waist wasn't tight enough and (b) because they are a smidge too tight around the thighs. I had my mom tailor them and now they fit great, also everything else I said still stands. I'm kind of abnormally curvy and every bottoms I buy have to be taken in at the waist. :END EDITI can fit my entire hand in the pocket and it holds my iPhone 6+ with a little wiggle room. Also the waist comes in nicely. I wouldn't call them compression per say, they just definitely won't fall down.As for the color (I got sage), it's a little bit darker and more of a blue tone than what the picture showed, and the seams are not darker/don't stand out as much.
