I've been looking for those with adjustable straps so I can make them tighter. These slippers are well made, nice-looking, with a nice cushioned insole, but the Velcro is at the end of the straps, which makes tightening them impossible (all the major brands are the same way). I had to remove the Velcro pads from the upper straps, reposition them farther in, sew them back on, then sew the tips of the straps down onto the lower straps, so they don't look like wings. Too much work, but then again there's nothing better out there. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super soft and comfy *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2019* These slippers are super soft and comfy. The material is plush and soft. As soon as I put them on, my feet said, "Ahhh..." My left foot swells a lot so I need adjustable slippers. The part that goes over the top of your foot is not too big that it rubs into my leg and the velcro doesn't rub on my feet which I have had a problem with on other slippers. These slippers stay on my feet well and I wear them all over the house from hardwood to carpet. I'm a 9 1/2 and the large is like a size 10 so they are a little long at the back but I don't notice it at all. I like them so much that I ordered a second pair for when these wear out and before they don't have my size anymore. I measured my foot as instructed and thought I would be ok with the Large. I ended up returning it because it was a little short in length but too large over the top of my foot, with only a little bit of velcro left to overlap. I also found that my foot slipped with each step, making it difficult to walk. I returned them because for the money, I want them to fit me properly.
