Sport mit einer KHK und Abestose mit vorher L-Carnitin
mit einer Koronaren Herzkrakheit sollte man regelmäßig Sport betreiben. Das geht, wenn ich vorher eine halbe Pulle XC-Treme schlucke ( bei mir ) recht gut, Der Puls geht ( bei mir ) nicht so schnell hoch und die Kurzatmigkeit hält sich ( bei mir ) in Grenzen. Nach dem Training trinke ich den Rest Ich werde es weiter nehmen, denn mir tut es gut. Das ich bei der Art, wie ich trainiere, mit einem Bein in der Urne stehe , ist mir bekannt.
