I guess they are in demand being an art supply but these are pretty small for art... Unless its to build or stack something. I used mine in a fairy garden, as like a lil pathway and its super cute. The sizes arent uniform but they are evenly colored in a cool tone of slate grey and the are pretty equally flat. The actual shape and size changes but not the width. Its close enough to build a small path...a very small one...or get the larger amount! Definitely! They'll all fit in my hand but aren't too small to hold on to. Smooth texture, but grippy enough that paint will stick and all a nice even color.The variety of shapes is nice, some are very flat and round, some are oval and a bit thicker, but they all have smooth edges and are nicely rounded. No hard angles, broken pieces or jagged shapes, no flat sides making them lay weird or look out of place.The pictures are right out of the box, before cleaning them.
