I don't think there are many that are smaller than that, and even for a small dog, these barely leave room for the sniff and spin routine that most dogs do prior to piddling. But labeling is not a fault, and "large" is the standard name for this size of pad. These are well made, relatively thick pads that attract the dog and absorb the puddle quickly. These are the perfect size for use with various diaper disposal pails for disposal.
