I took the watch to the jeweller; they said they couldn't take the back off the watch without voiding the guarantee. They got a magnifying glass to read the instructions, but they were very general and not for this particular watch. I have contacted the seller who has offered a refund, which I haven't received yet so can't say how long that might take. The one star is only for the prompt response from the seller and not for the product which didn't work or for the useless instructions. Review: i'm the kind of person who gets attached to my stuff, i don't keep changing them and i plan on keeping this watch for many years to come. I love the dial - i think it could be mother of pearl or a very good fake.
