Due to the complexity of returning this item the seller refunded me 55% of what I paid and I kept the item. I plan to donate it. My preference was to return the item and get a full refund like most places allow, but the seller said it was too complicated to have the item shipped back. After communicating with the seller via email I could tell they were not in the USA. It sounds like it would cost the seller more money than it’s worth to have the item returned so they let me keep the item and return only a portion of what I paid. The initial offer from this seller was 30% refund and keep the item. I asked for 50% after realizing I wasn’t going to get a full refund. The seller gave me 55% refund. I plan to donate the item since it was not worn. My daughter tried it on wearing underwear so everything stayed sanitary. I prefer to order items that are 100% returnable. It didn’t work out in this case and I’ll pay more attention next time. The seller was responsive to my inquiries and promptly issued the 55% refund.
