It has an adjustable string on the inside of the band to fit tighter. I wear this everywhere and it has even retained it's shape after being stuffed in my beach bag so many times. I have gotten it wet while playing in the water and it dries quickly and looks the same as the first day. It goes with so many outfits. I have received many compliments.
