**Q: how do you prepare it?  and how long before it expires?**
A: It's the sauce for basic pad Thai. Recipe on back is for shrimp pad Thai. Sometimes I use chicken. You need rice noodles, scallions, peanuts, one egg, and bean sprouts. My expiration date is 10/2016

**Q: Does it contain peanuts**
A: No. It contains soy but not peanuts.

**Q: Does it contain fish sauce or shrimp paste?  I'm looking for a vegetarian pad thai sauce.**
A: I don't see those listed in the ingredients. When you view it on the page you can zoom in on the ingredients. I like the sauce.

**Q: How many servings for one 9 oz pack?**
A: Each 9 ounce pack is supposed to feed 2 people.  I can eat most of one by myself and I add stir fried veggies to it.  If you add meat and veggies or a side salad is it enough for 2 people.
