If it's really liquidy, call Customer Service and ask for a refund or credit. You shouldn't have to return the jar. I didn't have to, when I received some bad mayonnaise a long time ago. They may ask if you want a replacement, so just be aware that you will have some choices to make. My marmalade was fine, but it wasn't absolutely solid. I will probably order this again sometime.
