A: 20 days in fridge

**Q: Can you freeze a portion once opened?**
A: The package says to used in two weeks once it’s opened. I have frozen  it and use it again two month later. 
Unless you make pasta for 100 people there is no way you can use more than 2 spoons per kg of pasta made
