For reference I'm a size 34b. These bras look awesome on, but it's not really good for working out in. I used it for practicing yoga at home and my nipples kept popping out, so had to keep readjusting...good thing I didn't wear this to class! Def not for high intensity workouts. More for things like festivals, light dancing or just as a look...anything that doesn't involve moving around so much that your boobs will pop out. May want to size up to avoid this problem. This is a super cute bra! It has a soft material that is really comfy. The design is really pretty and I love the way it looks. Almost exactly like a Lululemon pushing limits bra, but a tad less cleavage. Still on the revealing side, though. I am 32DD and got a medium, which is my normal size. It fits okay, but I could’ve gotten a small for a tighter fit. I think it may run a tad big. I’m giving it a 4 because it came to me with deodorant marks and dog hair, but whatever I will wash it. My immediate response when putting this bra on was to walk into my Mom's room, haul off my shirt and say "Punch me in the tit!" Such a confidence inspiring and secure fit. The padding is very lean and just offsets the slight compression, it's removable, and gives you a perfectly smooth look which means no one will suspect you of smuggling tic tacs. Love the cut of this, it's cut in really nice at the back so it's clear from your scapula. I'm 5'10" and muscular and usually I can't wear even bras in this style even if they have a buckle in the back because my shoulders and upper arms are a bit on the bulked side whereas my rib cage is so small it's actually freakish, but I got the small in this (make sure you read the size chart supplied in product images, not the amazon one because band size is very important to check in this) and with the stretchy breathable mesh back I'm able to slip it on and off without having to wrench my [word redacted due to profanity guidelines] arm out of its socket.
