I had purchased 2 of the older version a year ago (for my plantar fasciitis and achielles tendonitis) - and the night braces fixed the problems! But, after not wearing and not taking proper care of me feet (meaning I wasn't wearing supportive shoes), my issues came back. The velcro on my old ones was giving out, and saw the upgraded design, so decided to try!!I'm glad I did! After just a couple nights of wearing these, my pain is significantly reduced! Plus, they're more comfortable with the newly added foam pad and wider straps.Note that there's an adjustable metal piece in these that you need to make sure fits your foot! Otherwise, the bend can push against the tender top part of your foot and cause a different pain. When adjusted properly (easy to do), they are perfectly comfortable.These work! ### ⭐⭐⭐ too uncomfortable to use *by M*** on Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2019* I used this product for one night and it was so uncomfortable (and hello, why no instructions? Its not as simple as it looks to apply it) that I had to rip it off in the middle of the night. I haven't been sore in the morning and better throughout the day. PT had me buy one of these after wearing a fracture boot. The boot got rid of the pain but as soon as I stoped using the boot the pain came back.
