Easy install.  Open door.  Located the small rubber insert on the sealing edge of the door and remove.  Loosen the screw located through the opening behind the rubber stopper until it's flush with the mounting plate.  With the door handle installed, pull like you're opening it and seat the cover.  Release the door handle holding the cover in place and tighten the screw till snug.  Replace rubber cover.

It took me five tries to get this just right. Don't give up if you are struggling a bit with the fit.  The screw wouldn't go in until I had this end piece in just the right spot.  Used on a 2012 Sorento and it looks great.
