But after using this I can say it is very useful for crawling babies because they are prone to falling down very easily. This mat guards them against the hard floor. I found that the mat is not thick enough and lacks the cushion one might expect this product to have, as they mention in the product detail that it is suitable for babies. A bit disappointed in that regard. Also it is not anti-skid, which could make crawling difficult. I would recommend this product to toddlers, which could sit and play on this, rather than for babies who are have started to crawl.
