My daughter is 20 Months & very tall! If your little one is closer to 18 months or on the shorter side I would order the 12 month size ### ⭐⭐⭐ Flowers are teal not white. *by C***S on April 15, 2019* I love the dress. I honestly do. No tears. I am disappointed, though, the flowers at the bottom of the dress are more of a teal blue instead of white like pictured. The bow in the front center of the dress is loose and I’ll probably have to get needle and thread to secure it from falling out. It has two layers of petty coat underneath the sheer first layer with the flowers.
