## Description

With the special grill and pizza tray from RATIONAL, excellent thermal conductivity allows you to prepare pizzas and other items (fresh or frozen). (Side 2 in images) The reverse side of the tray is suitable for grilling steaks, vegetables, fish, panini's or any item needing small grill lines. (Side 1 in images) Recommended to pre-heat in the SelfCookingCenter before use. For deeper straight grill lines, refer to the Grilling and Roasting Plate. The 3 layer TriLax coating supports browning and is best suited for use at temperatures up to 575°F (300°C) Recommended for hand washing in commercial kitchens.
