For reference I'm a size 34b. These bras look awesome on, but it's not really good for working out in. I used it for practicing yoga at home and my nipples kept popping out, so had to keep readjusting...good thing I didn't wear this to class! Def not for high intensity workouts. More for things like festivals, light dancing or just as a look...anything that doesn't involve moving around so much that your boobs will pop out. May want to size up to avoid this problem. This is a super cute bra! It has a soft material that is really comfy. The design is really pretty and I love the way it looks. Almost exactly like a Lululemon pushing limits bra, but a tad less cleavage. Still on the revealing side, though. I am 32DD and got a medium, which is my normal size. It fits okay, but I could’ve gotten a small for a tighter fit. I think it may run a tad big. I’m giving it a 4 because it came to me with deodorant marks and dog hair, but whatever I will wash it.
