I got this for my sister in her 3rd year of med school (she wants to go into pediatrics). In the first day it obtained the name Norbert (since it can pass as either a dinosaur OR a dragon) and she got lots of compliments on him. Definitely worth the money!

Nice cover.
While it fun and cute it is also very warm when draped around your neck all day. Good to pull it out when you need it but otherwise its not practical for everyday use.

The way of fixing the head around the tube need to be more easier. The head is keep tilting backwards. The size is big, a smaller one may be easier to handle.
