I noticed an improvement right away in acceleration. I have 83k plus mileage on my truck and have taken care of it but I can honestly say I "felt" the difference. I only use regular unleaded. I poured a bottle nearing empty in tank and added about 18 gallons of gasoline to mix with. I do mostly highway driving so it was able to mix thoroughly inside. Once I was near empty again (so they say to rid most of the contaminates), I filled up the tank. And just check for yourself. Some vehicles may require another bottle but I don't know how often that should be.
