I was using this daily in my coffee and in my homemade coconut milk . Homemade pudding ,Ice cream for the ninja creami . I eat a very limited specific diet and as a result take no medications despite having late stage Lyme disease and multiple co infections and severeal autoimmune diseases. So I began doing research to find another brand not containing propolyne glycol . Oddly , in my search Cooks pure rum extract pops up . I think I will just stick to pure vanilla extract for now as I already have tried many other brands before discovering Cooks and except for the vanilla, none compared and I’m exhausted for now as well as it is expensive to take such chances as this items are non returnable . Now I just realized the huge bottle of coffee extract I recently purchased , for coffee ice cream also has Propolyne glycol as the description states clearly on the desertcart website page . I am disappointed and cannot believe how I could have overlooked this . As I write this my small 4 fl ounce bottle of rum extract does not say it contains propylene glycol. As well as the32 fl ounce bottle does not say it contains propylene glycol. Yet the item description here on this desertcart page says propylene glycol.
