I really like the way they look, the issue I have is with the adjusting strap. This is made of metal and not padded at all, it is not sharp where it would cut, but dull enough. The worst part is that it lands right on top of my ears and after an hour or so these are irritated enough where I can no longer wear the hat. They were slightly wrinkled, but that came right out as soon as I put them on (took them back off and they stilled showed the wrinkles). They fit my 24"/61cm, size 7 3/4 head without any adjustments (they were already slightly more than half the adjustment). They would easily fit a size 8 (and maybe larger). They are thin, but that's what I wanted. They are like linen, but a bit stiffer and appear to have a dark coating inside but still very breathable. Very light on your head and still give good protection from the sun with decent visor coverage. Both were just as pictured and at $8.50 a hat. I am used to wearing baseball caps, but wanted to try the flat cap.
