I don't know the specs of psi and rpms but it did move plenty of air in my estimation. But, it was TOO LOUD. Unacceptably loud. I returned it for refund. **Q: Can i put it in the water** A: No definitely not to the full definition of waterproof but will withstand splash to the unit giving it a technical waterproof rating **Q: Would this be enough air movement to use in a generator box)** A: No, it would not. **Q: Would this blower work for drawing fresh air into a compartment box?
