I liked the idea of it being collapsible and compact and loved that it came on a key ring I could hang from my purse, but I should have known you get what you pay for, as this straw was on of the cheaper ones I came across and it truly is junk. Within carrying it on my purse for three days the straw and all of its cleaning component somehow managed to unscrew and fall to the ground at least 3 times. I thought I didn’t screw it on tight enough but the top unscrews easily as does the bottom. I’ve had to embarrassingly pick up and at times even find loose pieces of the straw off grocery store floors and other dirty floors meaning I then have to make sure to thoroughly clean the dress before I can even use it. It works fine as a straw for home use but what’s the point of using at home when you buy it to be used when you are out and need a straw? So disappointed and wish I could return but pretty sure the last time it fell off my purse I lost a piece or two. The only suggestion I would make to improve the key chain would be to remove the bottom cap and only leave the top cap to unscrew. I didn't even realize there was a bottom cap until it was too late. It was about $14. I wasn't sure it was worth the money.Then I found one here for a lot cheaper. Yay!
